I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) in 2001.  Since qualifying I have specialised in the administration of estates, wills, powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications and associated transactions.

I have helped hundreds of bereaved families navigate the maze of estate administration and also helps individuals and couples create tailor made wills to suit their personal circumstances.  I have also created and registered hundreds of Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and made many Court of Protection applications for those individuals that no longer have mental capacity to make decisions for themselves in relation to financial and property affairs.
